The President of Rinehart and Associates Inc., has been in the transportation industry for 22 years. The first 10 years of her career she was a Special Agent, Safety Investigator for the Department of Transportation. She was involved in all aspects of the compliance process – conducting compliance reviews, preparing civil claims, and teaching carriers best practice scenarios for their individual safety programs.

“The next 12 years she has run her own compliance company. Her company handles all aspects of DOT and BIT safety compliance. She represents clients in audits, negotiates civil penalties and consults on CARB compliance. Her staff oversees numerous clients safety programs, administers the drug testing programs, processes drivers logs, and performs IFTA reporting. The office staff has over 10 years in the transportation industry. They are fully knowledgeable in all areas of transportation compliance.”
